Step 3, our panel Real Estate Valuer will conduct a market valuation and checking of title. Recommendation and advisory will be given by MKG upon receive the valuation report.
Upon all relevant documents, reports and finding have been obtained. MKG will conduct a through documents checking to prevent any mistake or insufficient supporting documents.
Next step is to submit all related documents to bank, which bank to submit will depend on MKG unique selection criteria. Upon we have selected the most idea bank package, we will proceed to loan documentation and signing. Our role is to coordinate your time and solicitor to be present during the signing.
